Hi, I'm Maris Xing, a photographer and digital designer. After five years photographing people and events, I turned my lens to pets — the creatures who never perform, never pose, and yet always the ones pulling your attention back. There's something about the way they run, the way they look at you, the way they exist so completely in the moment. That fleeting presence — that's what I'm here to make last.

But I wanted to find a way to bring that presence into everyday life. So I also create custom desktop pets — a little version of your pet, made from your real photos, that keeps you company even when you can't be together.

Every session is treated with care, and made just for you.
Every person has their own personality — and so does your pet. Some are energetic, some are calm, some are shy, some are sweet. That's what makes them so unique, and so precious. I believe there's no one-size-fits-all template for that. Every animal is different, and deserves to be seen that way.
Before the shoot, I take time to know your pet. On the day, I come with a plan and guidance, but I never force it. The session moves at your pet's pace.
Every edit is done to match who they actually are. And if you choose a desktop companion, it's built from your real pet, roaming your desktop.

Send me an email at heymim.pets@gmail.com with your name and what you're looking for. I'll get back to you within 2 business days to confirm availability and next steps.
2. Confirm your session
Once your session is confirmed, we'll sort out the details together — location, timing, and anything I should know about your pet beforehand. On the day, just show up and let them be themselves.
3. Receive your gallery
I'll go through every shot and hand-edit the ones that truly capture them. Your gallery will be ready within 10 business days. If anything feels off, one round of revisions is included.
